Don’t Set on The Fence: Long Beach Buyers are Buying
My team and I have been out showing Long Beach properties to a lot of buyers…and they are buying. One of my current client’s Peter, has been making great offers only thing is…he is now competiting with other buyers for homes….multiple offers. It’s a little crazy. If you are thinking about waiting for prices to go down for Long Beach homes or another city in Southern California, now is the time to start being serious about finding a home.
