The real estate market in Southern California is slowing down. We are seeing homes stay on the market longer. Our listing in Ontario, took 24 days before it received an offer. Was the seller worried? Yes.
Buyers have more choice now, so it may take a little longer to generate an offer. It is better for our housing market to return to a normal real estate market instead of continuing to riser higher and higher at an accelerated pace…then who will be able to afford these homes?
