There is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a single car garage for $284,000 but it has a “Land Lease” of $1150 per month extra that you have to pay to live there.

The highest priced home? It’s a tie at $17,500,000…well sort of. I guess we will have to win the lottery to buy one of these. Both homes are on the same street Linda Isle in Newport Beach (map). The first home features 4 bedrooms, 5.50 baths with great ocean views.

The second home is 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and over 5500 square feet with ocean views too…they are accepting offers between $12,000,000 to $17,5000,000. Why such a big gap? I guess they are trying to find buyers within that range to look at their home. It is a different type of price marketing.
