There are 97 units in The Promenade building that was built in 2006 by the Olson Company. Location is all about The Promenade. It is within walking distance to the beach, dinning, entertainment and transportation in downtown Long Beach. This modern, high tech contemporary building offers residents an interior courtyard, fitness center, security including underground parking and private storage. Most of the condos have granite counter tops, dark hardwood flooring, custom paint, marble floors in the bathrooms, travertine tile floors in 2nd bathroom, maple cabinets, granite in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances….of course each unit may differ a little…
