Don’t Set on The Fence: Buyers are Buying

My team and I have been out showing Long Beach properties to a lot of buyers…and they are buying. One of my current client’s Peter, has been making great offers only thing is…he is now competiting with other buyers for homes….multiple offers. It’s a little crazy. If you are thinking about waiting for prices to go down for a Long Beach home or another city in Southern California, now is the time to start being serious about finding a home.

First things first…please get pre-approved with a lender if you need a loan. The Long Beach real estate market is very competitive even in a buyer’s market. Be prepared. If you need a good, ethical, reliable lender, email me for a few referrences.
